Abstract
This article discusses the current problems of increasing the level of legal culture of youth in high school. New tasks of the state at the present stage require that Russia has created a unified system of legal education. In the case of rule of law in the current period of legal reforms in Russia, with the new requirements of life the main task is to create everything you need for education of the younger generation in the spirit of respect for the Constitution and laws, to prepare for the life of educated, intelligent, competent, professionally trained young men and women. After all, the main protagonist of reform and democracy — a people person.
