Abstract
The article discusses the problem of the specifics of the world project and the corresponding conditions for its creation, both substantive, civilizational, global, noospheric, etc., and in thought form. Differential as well as integral typeы of the world project are distinguished. A pivotal role in the construction of an integral, generally valid project belongs to the noospheric approach and the ideas of Russian cosmists, based on universal human values and aspirations. The predetermining importance of thinking culture higher forms in achieving analytical and design goals is emphasized.
