Abstract
Ecological culture is included in the framework of environmental education and upbringing. Work on the education of ecological culture develops students\\\' interest and love for nature, for its protection and transformation, for the prospects of nature conservation activities, forms a cognitive and aesthetic attitude to the natural environment, teaches the correct behavior of activities in nature, reveals cases of negative attitude towards it determine qualitative changes, ongoing environmental disorders and encouragement of students. The article discusses examples of the main areas of environmental education in protected areas as an educational resource for the formation of an ecological culture of schoolchildren.
