Abstract
The article attempts to philosophically analyze and substantiate anti-crisis strategies of development in modern conditions of crisis socio-economic transformations and civilizational ruptures. The mechanism of states change in dialectically opposite directions, improvement and degradation, leading to crisis and threat of destruction in application to social systems is emphasized. The significance of non-random forms of analysis of crisis phenomena and application of object-ontological criteria in the analysis of strategic management plots, especially in the regulation of potentials, is emphasized.
