Professional Competence in the System of Future Psychologists Training

Abstract
In this article are considered various definitions of concepts of competency and competence. From the perspective of a competency building approach the content of these concepts extends to a definition of an ecological competence phenomenon. The structural components of a professional and pedagogical competence of a future psychologist discovered on the basis of a competency building approach allowed to carry out their operationalization and the conception of formation and development of the professional and pedagogical competence of a future psychologist in the field of the professional psychological education was formulated. Key words: definitions of a concepts of competency and competence, training of a psychologist, ecological competence, psychological education, qualification of a psychologist and his functions.
