Abstract
The article deals with the inductive and educological analysis of innovative possibility researches in the sphere of introduction human technologies from the requested positions of building a multilevel system of higher education in training educators and psychologists to work in the sphere of image way education. The instructive way of improving quality culture of higher education is considered particularly. The functional motivation meaningfulness of activity readiness to realize the maintenance and support as fundamental preconditions forming competences of the meaningful high psychological and educational culture is shown.
